dhcpcd-gtk software package provides GTK+ frontend for dhcpcd and wpa_supplicant, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dhcpcd-gtk
dhcpcd-gtk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dhcpcd-gtk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dhcpcd-gtk *
You will get with dhcpcd-gtk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
